What arrives

One page. Actions first, evidence underneath.

Actions
A short list of what to change, each with its reason, and each checked against your live site first. Not forty content ideas.
Segments
Your buyers, defined by what happened to them and the fear underneath it. Not job titles.
Language
The words they actually use, verbatim. These become your headlines and your sales answers.
Receipts
Click any claim and read the person who said it, in context.

Nothing to configure. No filters, no dashboard, no query language to learn.

Agency and platform costs are converted from published 2026 pricing and public review data.

It is also why AI answers name your competitor and not you: the answer is assembled from how other people describe the problem, in words that are not yours.

Two markets

A second market is not an add-on. It is usually the finding.

Same company, same product, sold into France and Germany. Business owners in both had their account frozen and got nowhere with support. What they reached for next was the opposite.

France

“…avoir au moins une banque avec des agences physiques où tu peux te rendre pour râler.”
keep a bank you can walk into and complain at

Germany

“…selbst wenn dem Datenschutzbeauftragten schreibst und dann Reklamation.”
even writing to the data protection officer, then a formal complaint

One escalates to a person. The other escalates to a process. Two markets, two different pages, and a translation would have missed it entirely.

Two finished reports

Read one before you pay for one.

Both are public samples built from public sources, not commissioned by the companies named. Every quote links to the person who said it.

One claim, and what it rests on

The trail behind every action.

The action
Name what happens when an account freezes, and who owns it. Qonto, France.
The words

keep a bank you can walk into and complain at · a business owner on r/EntreprendreenFrance ↗
The site check
qonto.com/fr today promises support seven days a week by chat, email and phone. No named route, no owner, no timeline. Gap: missing. the French page ↗

Every action in every report carries this trail. Verified against the live site on the date the report says.

How a report gets made

Six steps, and two things it refuses to do.

  1. 01It reads your website and plays back what it understood: who you sell to, and what. You correct it before anything else runs.
  2. 02It searches your market in your market’s language. A German report is built from German, not from English run through a translator.
  3. 03It collects what people said when nobody was asking: forums, review sites, video, and the questions people type into Google.
  4. 04It names your buyers by what just happened to them, not by job title or company size.
  5. 05A finding counts only when three independent sources agree. What came back empty is reported, not hidden.
  6. 06Every action is checked against your live site. If you already do it, it is cut, and the cut is listed.
NoYour own website never counts as evidence of what buyers think. It is what you already believe.
NoYour brand name never goes into a search. The words are about the problem, not about you.

Why it exists

Most B2B content is built on a buyer somebody invented in a meeting.

On personas

“Basically just creative writing exercises for marketing departments. Lots of fluff about whether Marketing Manager Mary likes lattes, but zero insight into why she'd actually part with her budget.”
brand director, 20 years · r/branding

On US-built audience tools

“If you cater to Europeans, it gets much more challenging. UK audiences are represented but Germany and other European countries are amiss.”
paying customer · G2

On listening platforms

“It's an expensive car, or a space shuttle, it has so many features, you can get overwhelmed.”
paying customer · G2

Quoted as written.

Price

€700

One market, all segments, within three working days. For the first ten companies, then €1,100. Same report either way. The first ten are the ones proving it in markets it has not run in yet.

  • Each additional market, built from scratch in its own language€450
  • Sharpened with your own search data, if you want itfree

What did not show up is also a finding

Every report names which sources carried your market, which came back empty, and which were deliberately left out. That is not a disclaimer. France having no comparison-shopping behaviour is as useful as Germany having 5,400 searches a month for it, and a recommendation gets cut when your site already covers it. A finding counts as validated only when three independent sources agree.

Some markets are too small or too offline for external signal to answer honestly, and that gets checked before anything expensive runs. If yours is one of them, you are told and refunded.

Who runs this

One person. Done by hand for clients before a line of code.

Baptiste Hausmann speaking at an SEO conference

I am Baptiste Hausmann, fractional head of SEO for B2B SaaS companies, fourteen years in, based in Amsterdam. My work is nine-month engagements that end with the client running SEO themselves, and the audience research inside them is where Unprompted comes from.

Over the summer of 2026 I built these studies by hand: for clients, on public companies as samples, and on my own business, across the Netherlands, France, Germany, the UK and English-speaking markets. The tool does that work, and I check every report before it goes out, within three working days.

Watch it read your own website, then order.

Paste your website. It reads the site, tells you what it understood about who you sell to and what you sell, and lets you correct it. Then it asks which market and where the report should go, and sends the invoice. Nothing is charged until you pay it.

That is the whole input. I read it, then ask you one question so the research points at the right buyer.
